Who is responsible

Misha Konovalov, trading as printi is the data controller. Contact: hello@printi.fun.

What we collect

Your uploaded 3D model and print settings; your name, email and delivery address (collected by Stripe at checkout); and anything you send through the contact form. We never see or store your card details.

Why we use it

To make and deliver your order and answer your questions (performing a contract), and to keep tax and accounting records (legal obligation). We do not sell your data or use it for marketing.

Who we share it with

Stripe (payments), our secure hosting and storage provider, Resend (order emails), and the delivery courier. Some providers may process data outside the UK under approved safeguards.

How long we keep it

Uploaded models are kept for 30 days after your order, then deleted. Order and payment records are kept for 6 years for tax purposes.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing us. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
