No returns on made-to-order prints

Every printi item is made from your own file, in your chosen colour and size. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind, and the 14-day cancellation period does not apply once your order is paid.

Faulty or damaged items

If your print arrives damaged, faulty, or not matching the settings you ordered, fill out our contact form within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will reprint it or refund you. This does not affect your legal rights.

Not covered

Problems caused by the uploaded model itself (thin walls, design errors, wrong size chosen), normal 3D-printing texture, or misuse after delivery.
